Weider History Group
Weider History Group is best known to readers at CivilWar.com as the publisher of Civil War Times and America's Civil War magazines—two publications that have been exploring that conflict for a combined total of more than 75 years. But as the world's largest publisher of history magazines, Weider covers history from ancient times to today's war in Afghanistan, and recently the company applied 21st-century technology to present readers with "news of the past" in a modern format. Its 11 magazines (American History, America's Civil War, Armchair General, Aviation History, British Heritage, Civil War Times, Military History, MHQ: The Quarterly Journal of Military History, Vietnam, Wild West, and World War II) are now available in both print and digital formats.
Digital versions are available through Zinio and on the Nook and Kindle; soon, they will be available through Google Play newsstand as well. Click here for information on digital subscriptions to Weider's two Civil War publications, http://www.historynet.com/civil-war-magazine-subscriptions .
